Martin Soederstroem: Perfectly equipped for 2010
Martin Soederstroem dominated last year's freeride season. Having competed at 10 international contests, he made his way onto the podium 9 times! He not only got third at the legendary Crankworx Slopestyle in Whistler, but also won six of the biggest European comps. The 20-years-old from Uppsala, Sweden, can now look forward to hit the global contest scene better prepared than ever before: For 2010, Martin is not only supported by his partners NS bikes, POC, Peak Performance and Tune, but also his brand new sponsors Rock Shox, Mavic, Avid, Continental and Red Bull are proud to have Martin in their teams. "Last year was absolutely amazing. I still can't believe how well the season went for me – and it was great fun at the same time. I am really happy that I found new partners, so I can't wait to represent them on the upcoming contests!" Martin's kick off event for the season 2010 will be the Vienna Air King (www.vienna-air-king.at) in Austria's capital on April 10th and 11th. Martin won this comp last year, so be sure he will give his best, competing against 30 riders out of 15 nations, to get the biggest part of the overall 10,000 Euros prize money. All of Martin's sponsors wish him exciting travels and experiences on the trails, dirt lines and spots around the world. Pictures by Joakim Andreassen (www.joakimandreassen.com).Latest news
