New Mountain Bike Trails Open at Grizedale Forest
Forestry England is delighted to announce the official opening of their latest red-graded trail sections at Grizedale Forest. Built by the passionate people at Velosolutions, these new downhill sections offer smooth swooping, flowy track, and tight technical corners.
Some of you have ridden these trails already, helping to bed in the riding lines and work out some of the kinks, and if you’ve enjoyed them, please come back again soon, and if you’ve not ridden them yet, then the long summer days are the perfect time to get your berm on.
Follow the red arrows from the visitor centre to ride the full 16km red trail, or park at Moortop for easy access to these perfectly sessionable trail sections.
