Converted to 29er, was a 26" wheel cruiser before! Won the Kona "Make it Shonky" competition.
Kona Cro-mo frame, RS Reba 29 forks, Race Face ride xc cranks, Chris King headset and spacers, Thomson Elite stem, USE Alien Ti post, Shimano DX brake levers, Easton EA70 monkeybars, ODI lock ons, Avid BB7 disc brakes, San Marco Era Luxe leather saddle, Bontrager tyres, on-one doofer, SRAM pc58 chain, Wellfo Mg1 magnesium bmx pedals, crank bros cobalt BB, also has Mavic Open pro road rims on deore disc hubs in the pic but I am about to build up some red velocity 29er rims onto halo supa drive hubs....

and you said the bmx was ugly..bad enough that I dont overly like konas..BUT this one has to be the worst.. Congrates on winning the shonkiest kona you fully deserve it.

Great for mud plugging, with the 1.9 29er tyres on it it cuts through the crud nicely, plus no gears the clog up, I can ride through deeper mud than all my mates, and climb out of stuff easier than on my 26ers

hmm im not sure on this one, i liked the cruiser better, if your gonna spend all that money: CK, use, Thompson etc etc why not get a proper 29er or even better a cross bike cos 26" is big enough ;)

I have a "proper" Panasonic Titanium 29er as well, the Kona is my mud bike. Oh yeah I also have a Rocky Mountain CX bike, but its a real bone shaker off road! Mainly use it for commuting.
