frame, forks and wheels are good but change the brakes to something hydraulic, get rid of the front derailleur and second ring and get a shorter, black stem but otherwise, nice!

doesn't matter mate. The discs are actually really good coz they're pretty much maintainence free =]
And the crank is fantastic, properly strong and still dead lightweight
