Bog Standard, out of the box GT Aggressor 2. Deore gears, Truvativ crank, Rock Shock Dart2 forks (woo-woo!).
I've had this bike for 2 and a half years, and apart from basic maintenance and a few sets of brake pads, I've not had any failures. If you keep the cables clean the gear change is very slick! Its been bomb-proof on the XC trails ! Upgrades? I'd change the forks to a decent set (maybe fox), but apart from that why change something that works so well for me!
