Located in the centre of the beautiful Forest of Dean, The Speech House Hotel is less than a mile away from the mountain bike trails at Cannop Cycle Centre.

Built in 1676 as a hunting lodge for King Charles II, the Speech House Hotel has been refurbished to offer modern facilities and luxurious rooms while retaining its period features. The hotel has 35 comfortable bedrooms, several with impressive antique four-poster beds.

Step outside and take in the breathtaking surrounding scenery — ideal for exploring with the dog, finding a pretty picnic spot or challenging yourself to more adventurous activities
