Try a Carrera Banshee, X or even the XXX. Ive just snapped the rear triangle of the frame on mine, but its the first thing to go after nearly a year of hard riding. Its still under warranty so a new frame is on order FOC. Carrera's are well worth spending a bit more on. the spec is outstanding.

fair enough mate, its basically what came just before a bmx, apart from it has gears, it also hates bmx's because they became famous and everyone has them where as everyone forgot about the grifter, and how i know it hates bmx's it because whenever i put my bmx in the shed next to it it tries falling over, no matter wat, even if it has got the stand on, its really wierd

depends really because i think it looks a hell of a lot better than your cqrerra, some people like different things, one mans rubbish is another mans treasure and to be honest mate i love that bike and it is from 1979 so you have to admire how good condition it is in for its age :)
