what are your vertical tyres like? ive been looking at the mountain king 2.4's as quite liked the 2.2's but werent quite burly enough, also they seemed to wear down pretty fast on tarmac
ah fair play, for some reason i got the feeling you were closer by than that, im down near farnham/guildford way in alton, gona be having a look at rogate and QE soon as getting bored of singletrack wood trails and want some spice under my wheels!
the chain tensioner is a Gusset QR so there's not enough axle for the nuts, don't know whether to buy a new tensioner, take some spacers out of the SS kit or throw the whole caboodle out of the window as it's getting on my tits!
New forks as well fitted today but not managed to get out - but yes bike looks sweet and feels lighter when you pick it up
When im riding street or doing jumps their mint on hard or on semi and going down rocky hills they work brill on soft and dh well tbh there mint on 160mm and on soft their like a cushion :) ide definatly recomend them
