cheers for the speedy reply! all that advise is brilliant! just what I needed to hear so I can justify putting my hand in my pocket haha! the 2011 bike comes out in september, same frame, just slightly different components, mainly the wheels, oh and its all red. I might wait for that or even see if i can get a good deal on the 2010 bike when the 2011 is released, either way I am getting one of these!! many thanks Alasdair

Yeah,the standard spring is very soft.I went for the X-firm one from tf-tuned.I am 15st and that is about right for me.It was forty quid and i got my lbs to do it for me for 20quid.By the time i would have bought the grease kit and flaffed about/lettin the oil run out probably I thought it was worth it.There are good tutorials around on the net.Tf tuned throw instructions too.I love my pikes,i read some others have problems but mine have been excellent.
