christ dont worry about it you can usually work out the kind of person someone is by the tone of the text and since you bother to talk to me outside of mtbb you cant be all bad ;)

dude before you get the wrong idea, my digs at daguv on mtbb regarding his bash ring are totally tongue in cheek, we are work colleagues, we sit next to each other and we always go biking together and he knows im taking the piss, im doing it to see how people react to negativity on mtbb as it doesnt happen unless its that tool goog!

ah sound cool i was tempted by deity bars as they come in cool colours.. but it seems some people esp on mtbb will only buy certain ones ie ea70's! glad to see you have a diff. opinion.. currently im trying to find a cheap stem to convert too.. just bought the spoon saddle though so im happy with that :)

Hey, had a great wkend thanks, stayed up in the lakes and went to Winlatter forest which was awesome! I'm still very slow but can feel my skills and confidence coming on which is such a buzz!! Not done any blacks yet, we're planning a trip to Llandegla in Feb so planning on trying my first there. Check out youtube for the northshore! Are you out this weekend?

Hey, did you get to Gisburn? I've been a couple of times now but last time there was far too much mud! I'm just a beginner so like to know i'm gonna stay on my bike if poss!! I bet you loved it though. Did you do the slab drop? And whats the Red at Stainburn like?

Hey, i'm in Garforth. Haven't been to Stainburn or Warncliffe yet as i'm still just learning. I'm at Winlatter next weekend just outside of Keswick. I've biked round Temple Newsam many times. How come you're not getting out so much now?

wife has scuppered the minion purchase as she wants some of my ebay winnings to pay of the credit card, oh well i cant go on the bike for a while anyway so fair enough i am going to run 2.35's dhr and dhf, with 42a up front and 60a out back. my mate go them u turn ones they look nice and its weird how you can adjust the ride height!

yeh well this is my first foray into the world of sram but i dont understand the ratio thing what does that mean? daguv has got 09 lyriks he got them cheap(er) from somewhere but still the wrong side of 500 quid though. by the end of the weekend i should be a proud owner of a pair of minions too :)

well at the moment im buying bits for my new bike, i bought an 06 carrera banshee for 130 quid and its mint, only issue being its sram and im used to shimano gearing so its something new to get used to, but the bummer is i have to get sram specifics.. for some reason the guy had a 9sp cassette but a 7sp shifter.. dunno why but thats an added expense i didnt expect. oh well.. im off sick till 17th dec so it gives me enough time to prep for riding again, not touched a steering wheel since 2nd nov!
