Very Good

Review:
This trail comes off the side of the Dog, before joining back on again. As soon as you turn off the Dog, the singletrack gets thinner and is immediately fast and flowy. The trail has loads of big, tiring uphills, but the decent on the other side is just amazing. With a bit of everything thrown in, from jumps, berms, rollers, stumps and grooves, this trail really does suit every type of rider. I would definitely recommend that any Mountain Biker who lives close by, or is a regular to the Chase, should go check it out :)

Summary:
Cracking run on our doorstep (almost)

Review:
What the Brum/midlands has wanted for ages(as Brum is mainly a pancake). More strenuous XC ride the the normal "dog", also making the "dog" run a good distance trek with the welcome additional miles. The trips to Wales and Peak district no longer need to be so frequent for this style of trek, (Locally anyway)
The climbs give satisfaction and even greater reward going down. Most enjoyable, even for us old folks.

Yeah, it's OK

Review:
This has some really good sections, and there's a lot of fun stuff, some early north shore, some lovely flowy parts. but despite just about every review i read stating otherwise, it really does lack something. it depends what you're used to riding i guess, but the whole group i was with today thought it was kind of dull. needs more fast jumpy stuff, perhaps. it's good and it's worth riding, but i'll probably not bother again.

Tight 'n' twisty

Review:
First visit to the dog / monkey and didn't disappoint, nice tight n twisty sections from the start with a few tree stumps to catch you out, fast descents and marked out clear.
However I would have to say that sections are rutted mainly within braking zones but still agreat trail. can't wait to get back in a few weeks
