Review:
Ok, this is a strange one really.

The fire-road trail is boring, even for beginner mountain bikers.
I didn't venture of track so there maybe some fun in exploring the single track that connects the main routes.
There are a lot of families and dog walkers there.
I had to slam on a few times with dogs jumping out infront of me so its hard to keep flowing and get any speed up.
You have to respect that this forest is for everyone, not just bikers and it's perfect if you want to go for a pootle round!

The Skills area seemed to have lots to do, but requires a bit of exploring and a slow peddle round for you to understand the short routes to take etc. Its only a small area so dont expect a few miles of fast flowing track with berms.

So to summarise:
If you want to practice specific skills like jumping etc, go straight to the skills area and spend a good few hours their getting to know it.

If you want a decent flowing trail to ride, go elswhere. Llandegla is only 35 mins up the road.

NOTE: My rating is based on Routes not the Skills area. I didnt use it so I cant comment.

To flat no ups or downs, skills area limited to short downhills. Probably missed some of it though because its so hard and boring to find. Waste of petrol getting there.

trails could be marked out a bit better, but if you venture off the main trails you find some great single track. Also has a good skills area.Well worth a visit.

Review:
Delamere is only worth going to if you live close by. Because this part of Cheshire is so flat there is little to please a gravity addict here. The 4X is short and doesnt appear to be properly maintained, If your a DHer there is very little to keep you occupied as longest track is about 20 seconds. The only thing that is good at Delamere are the dirt jumps. Which are big and well looked after. Apart from this you'll be bored very quickly
