Delamere is host to 2 family friendly Green graded trails and miles and miles of untapped and unmarked singletrack. The only way to find it is to explore.
There is also a cycle skills area. This has everything to hone the more extreme bike rider's skills. Short downhill tracks, dual tracks, a purpose built 4x track together with numerous sets of dirt jumps comprising tables tops and doubles.
For XC riders there are some great singletrack drops which link up to make some real nice flowing sections. The 12km route is a simple loop made up of mainly forest track but it goes via the cycle skills area.
There's something here to test everyone.

To get to Delamere trails, leave the M56 at Junction 12 and take the A56 towards Chester. Once you reach Frodsham turn left on to the B5152. The forest visitor centre is on the right after four miles. The forest centre has a shop, cafe, bike wash and loads of parking, which is pretty safe and costs £2 for the day. The waymarked routes start from the forest centre and the white route takes you to the cycle skills area. If you want to get to Delamere by rail, it has its own train station right next to the visitor centre.
Please note: Distance is calculated as air distance or "as the crow flies" the most direct route between two points, so the distance by road maybe slightly longer.
