well i had a demo day with one and rode dh and trail on it but the only demo bike orange had was a medium frame, it was ok but a bit to samll for me so i decided to go large!! if i were you i'd find your nearest orange dealer and book a demo day through them, it only cost me £30!! so well worth it if your spending this much money and all that! N if you do get one make sure you get the fx forks and the cane creek db well well worth the exta £££

awesome bike mate ! just wondering is that the apple green paint ? because im just about to start building one and either in that colour or maybe chrome grey with white decals and the kashima float 180's with the new fox DHX 5.0 shock on the back , how does the CCDB feel on the patriot?

Hi yea its the apple green, i was thinking when i ordered ithe the red plasma blue or that gray but had a demo bike in the green and was sold on that!!!
The CCDB is mint its so smooth dont think i quite gott it dialed in yet though! its deffo worth i extra ££, that demo bike only had the fox van r shock which wasn't all that!! As for the difference between the floats n the van im not to sure, my mate has the float 160's n they fell ok but the vans too me feel smoother through out the travel plus you got the high n low spd comp and no air cartrdge to bother with!!
