Schwalbe to title sponsor British 4X Series in 2014

The British 4X Series team are very happy to announce that Schwalbe will be continuing their title sponsorship of the series in 2014. This will be the fourth year that Schwalbe will be the title sponsors of the British 4X Series.

The series which will continue to be known as the Schwalbe British 4X Series continues to attract top riders from around the UK and Europe, beginners and novice riders who are giving 4X a go, fantastic racing and a fun atmosphere that ensures both riders and spectators have a fantastic day at the races.

Schwalbe British 4X Series:

The Schwalbe British 4X Series will be run over 7 rounds in 2014. With increased rider numbers in 2013, Chris Roberts, the series organiser, is ecstatic with the progress 4X has made in the UK over the past few years:

‘4X here in the UK is growing year on year. The atmosphere at every round is fantastic and we can’t wait to see more new faces in 2014. Schwalbe have been a fantastic partner for 4X and we look forward to many more years working with them.’

Dave Taylor, the marketing manager for Schwalbe UK, is a huge fan of 4X racing:

Team Cup - £1000 prize money

New for this year with the great support from Schwalbe the winning team for 2014 will win a £1000 cash. Teams must be made up of 3 or more riders in any category with top 3 riders in a team scoring pints at every round.

Round 1 - Harthill, Cheshire - 6th April
Round 2 – Afan, South Wales - 3rd May
Round 3 – Bridgnorth, Shropshire - 31st May
Round 4 – Bridgnorth, Shropshire - 1st June
Round 5 – Redhill, Gloucestershire - 6th July
Round 6 – Falmouth, Cornwall - 10th August
Round 7 – Leamington, Warwickshire - 21st September
4X National Championships – Falmouth, Cornwall – 9th August
